I have many years experience & have won many culinary awards including, Hampshire Chef of the Year 2010, several gold, silver & bronze medals at Hotel Olympia in London, Birmingham & Bournemouth.
I am constantly looking for new & innovative ideas & follow closely the current trends. I am passionate about all aspects of the kitchen.
I now have the time & passion to give to private cooking & am comfortable teaching & advising clients whilst cooking for them.
I have always cooked to a two rosette standard & enjoy creating new, modern cuisine as well as the old classics.
I enjoy using fish & focus on its delicate textures & flavours. I also have a great passion for desserts.
Cooking has been a part of my life since I was 16. The passion & creativity never ceases.
My knowledge of French cuisine comes from working in France in my early days. This was followed by a spell in Bermuda eventually progressing to Executive Chef of five star country house hotels including Lainston House in Winchester and Pennyhill Park in Surrey.
